Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and finely chopped 8 ounces coarsely grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Stir together mayonnaise, pecans, onions and bacon until well mixed. Stir in cheese until well combined and pack onto a small serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. To Serve: Bring to room temperature and serve with crackers, or thinly sliced pumpernickel or rye bread.
Makes about 2 cups.
