Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped red pepper 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 package (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
Directions
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat; saute onion until translucent; stir in red pepper and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in peas and cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
