Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Crust: 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 5 tbsp. melted butter
Filling: 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
For Crust: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Stir together cookie crumbs and butter in a medium bowl until moistened. Press evenly into the bottom and up sides of prepared pan. Bake about 10 minutes until crust is set. Cool crust completely.
For Filling: Beat together cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to soft peaks. Fold half of cream into peanut butter mixture. Fold in remaining cream. Spread filling in prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before slicing.
Serves 8 to 10.
