Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 8 slices buttermilk bread 24 large potato chips 2 medium bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
Stir together peanut butter and honey in a medium bowl. Spread the peanut butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Lightly press the potato chips into the peanut butter on 4 of the bread slices. Press the banana slices into the peanut butter on the remaining 4 bread slices. Put 1 chip covered bread slice and 1 banana covered slice together to form a sandwich. Repeat with remaining bread slices to form a total of 4 sandwiches. Slice sandwiches in half diagonally and serve.
