Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/4 cups plain lowfat yogurt 1 pound peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup honey 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Freeze 1 cup yogurt in a shallow pan until frozen. Chop and reserve. Puree peaches with lemon juice in a blender. Add 1/4 cup yogurt, honey and vanilla. Process until well blended. Add frozen yogurt and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in tall glasses.
Serves 2.
