Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
one 8 ounce salmon fillet 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 ounces uncooked small shell pasta 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/3 cup prepared mayonnaise 1 tsp. dried dillweed 1 tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
Directions
Preheat broiler. Brush both sides of salmon with oil and place on a broilerproof pan. Season with salt and pepper. Broil salmon about 3 minutes per side until just cooked through. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until just done. Drain well. Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Add onion and celery. Skin salmon and break into pieces. Add salmon to pasta. whisk together mayonnaise, dill and mustard in a small bowl. Add to pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
