Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
12 ounces dry penne, fusili or bow tie pasta 6 ounces canned black pitted olives 7 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips 1 jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped 1 cup diced provolone or mozzarella cheese 1 cup diced salami 1/2 cup lite or regular italian salad dressing 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain well and cool. In a large bowl combine olivs, roasted peppers, artichokes, cheese, salami, dressing and basil. Stir in pasta and toss well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Serves 4 to 6.
