Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper, divided 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice pinch cayenne pepper chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Beat together cream cheese and cheddar in a large bowl on medium speed until well mixed. Add 1 tbsp. bell pepper, onion, worcestershire, lemon juice and cayenne. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place a drinking glass in the center of a platter. Drop tablespoonfuls of cream cheese mixture around glass to form a ring. Smooth with a spatula. Remove glass. Sprinkle parsley and remaining bell pepper on top of ring to create a wreath effect. Serve with crackers, chips, fresh vegetables, etc.
Serves 10 to 12.
