1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/2 cup melted butter 3 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour the inside of an 8 inch square baking pan. Stir together sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in melted butter, flour, pecans and vanilla. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place the baking pan into a roasting pan. Add enough hot water to the roasting pan to come halfway up the sides of the baking pan. Bake fudge about 45 minutes until set. Transfer the pan to a rack and cool fudge completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and serve.
