Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds russet potatoes, cubed 6 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 1 tsp. dry basil 1 tsp. dry oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a large pan and toss to coat. Spread potatoes into a single layer. Bake until browned and cooked through, about 1 hour, stirring once. Serve immediately.
