Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups soft fresh breadcrumbs 1 cups grated parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 cups buttermilk 12 to 16 pieces chicken
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to blend. Pour buttermilk into another large bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk then dredge in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place the chicken on a baking sheet. Bake about 60 minutes until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden.
Serves 8 to 10.
