Oven Roasted Shrimp with Thai Spices Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
16 large, raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Thai seasoning spice mix

Directions
Combine shrimp, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, salt and lemon juice in a large bowl. Stir gently to coat shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove shrimp from the marinade and place on a sheet pan. Roast shrimp 5 to 7 minutes until just cooked through. Transfer shrimp to plates and serve immediately.

Serves 2 to 4.
