Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
10 slices white bread, crusts removed, cubed
6 large eggs
3 cups milk
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. minced onion

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together eggs, milk, parsley, mustard and salt. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and onion. Pour into an ungreased 11x7 inch casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 60 minutes until center is set. Serve immediately.
