Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
14 ounce jar hickory barbecue sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. bourbon 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces
Directions
Stir together barbecue sauce, soy sauce, bourbon and Dijon in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate chicken 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove chicken from the marinade and transfer to a large baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken an additional 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until cooked through.
Serves 4 to 6.
