Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 pound russet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 1/4 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly coat the inside of an 11x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Heat a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potato slices to the pan and boil about 5 minutes until just cooked through. Drain potatoes and transfer to the prepared dish. Add thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Toss gently until potato slices are well coated. Bake potatoes about 20 minutes until pale golden. Serve immediately.
Serves 2 to 4.
