Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounce package meat-filled ravioli, thawed 1 cup all purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/4 cup water 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 cup plain breadcrumbs 1 tsp. italian seasoning vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Place flour in a pie plate. Whisk together water and eggs in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl mix italian seasoning, garlic salt and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a fryer or dip skillet to 350 degrees. Coat raviolis with flour. Dip into egg mixture then dredge in breadcrumbs to coat. Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
Serves 6 to 8.
