Latest Recipes Top Recipes Our Friends Home -> Famous Recipes Olive Garden Mostaccioli Quatro Formaggio Recipe Rating: N/A Printer Friendly Recipe submitted by chefdude7263 Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead) 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/8 cup shredded provolone cheese 1/8 cup grated parmesan 1/8 cup grated romano cheese 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 cup uncooked mostaccioli pasta 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil Directions Stir together mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and romano cheeses together in a small bowl. Bring a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add oil and pasta and cook until just done. Drain well. Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add cream and cheese mixture. Cook, stirring, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Add pasta and stir to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
