Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 gallon apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
6 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tbsp. allspice berries
24 cinnamon sticks

Directions
Combine cider, sugar, lemonade concentrate and orange juice concentrate in a large saucepan. Combine cloves, nutmeg and allspice berries in a tea strainer or tie in cheesecloth. Add to cider mixture and heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Discard spices and serve hot, garnished with cinnamon sticks.

Makes about 18 cups.
