Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 cups milk, divided 1/4 cup cornstarch 10 ounces chopped white chocolate
Directions
Stir together 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Bring the remaining 2 cups milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and add white chocolate. Stir chocolate until melted and smooth. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the chocolate. Cook, stirring, about 10 minutes over medium high heat until the pudding boils and thickens. Divide pudding between 6 individual serving bowls or ramekins. Refrigerate pudding at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
Serves 6.
