1 cup fresh or frozen, thawed cranberries
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. finely grated orange peel

Topping:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter

Directions
For Filling:
Coat the inside of a 2 quart baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Stir together sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add apples, cranberries, corn syrup and cranberries and toss to blend. Transfer the filling mixture to the prepared dish.

For Topping:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples. Bake crisp about 50 minutes until apples are tender and juices run clear. Serve warm or at room temperature.
