Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter, chopped 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter 3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
Directions
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and stir in peanut butter until melted. Stir in cocoa. Remove pan from the heat and stir in oatmeal. Mix well. Drop cookie natter by tablespoonfuls onto a wax paper lined sheet pan. Cool cookies until set.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
