Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
5 cups sugar
12 ounce can evaporated milk
4 ounces butter or margarine
12 ounces marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
24 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
Combine sugar, milk, butter or margarine, fluff and salt in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and blended. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, chocolate and nuts. Stir until chocolate is melted. Pour into 2 buttered 9x9 pans and cool completely.

Makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
