Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup dark brown sugar
5 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 to 10 pound cooked half ham, trimmed

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large roasting pan with foil. Stir together sugar, vinegar, Dijon, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Score ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, cutting 1/2 inch deep. Place ham in prepared ham and bake 1 hour. Baste ham with some of glaze. Continue baking ham for 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with glaze, until ham is heated through and deep brown.

Serves 12 to 14.
