Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/4 pounds ground beef 1 cup dry herb seasoned poultry stuffing mix 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/2 cup dry red wine 10 pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, wine, olives, parsley, onion soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer the meat loaf mixture to the prepared pan. Bake the meat loaf about 1 hour until the top is browned and the sides start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let ther meat loaf stand about 5 minutes before turning out onto a platter and serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
