Mom's Labor Day Barbecue Ribs Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
4 pounds country style boneless pork ribs
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. dry barbecue rub
2 cups barbecue sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a rack in the bottom of a large roasting pan. Place the ribs on the rackand sprinkle with the dry rub. Pour the liquid smoke into the bottom of the pan. Add enough water to come 1/4 inch up the sides of the pan. Bake ribs 60 minutes. Spread the barbecue sauce over the ribs and bake an additional 45 minutes until cooked through.

Serves 2 to 4.
