Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
18 1/4 ounce package dry devil's food cake mix 1 1/2 cups sour cream 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 4 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 cup bundt pan. Combine devil's food cake mix, sour cream, oil, liqueur, eggs and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat about 3 minutes until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake about 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake comes out clean. Transfer cake to a rack and cool to room temperature. Invert cake onto a serving plate and remove pan. Sift powdered sugar over cake before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
