Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries, divided 2 3/4 cups milk two packages(4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust 2 ounces white chocolate, coarsely grated
Directions
Set aside 1/4 cup raspberries for garnish. Beat together milk and pudding mix in a large bowl 2 minutes. Fold in 1 cup raspberries and spoon into the prepared crust. Sprinkle grated white chocolate over top of pie. Cover and refrigerate pie at least 2 hours until filling is set. Arrange reserved raspberries in the center of the pie and serve.
Serves 8.
