Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juices 3 ounce package raspberry flavored gelatin 16 ounce can whole berry vranberry sauce 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.Add enough water to pineapple juice to equal 1 1/4 cups. Place in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork and stir into gelatin mixture. Cool until mixture starts to thicken. Stir in pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Serves 8.
