Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 3/4 cup + 1/3 cup all purpose flour 2 1/2 cups sugar, divided 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 14 tbsp. cold butter, diced 1 pound frozen blueberries, thawed and drained 1 pound frozen raspberries, thawed and drained 1 pound frozen blackberries, thawed and drained 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter and flour a 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Blend together 1 3/4 cups flour, 1 1/4 cups sugar, cinnamon and salt in a food processor until just combined. Add butter and pulse to cut in until clumps form. Press half of the flour mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Stir together blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, 1/3 cup flour, 1 1/4 cups sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Spoon over dough in bottom of pan. Sprinkle remaining dough mixture over berries. Bake about 50 minutes until topping is brown and cooked through. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
