Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 1/2 ounce boil-in-bag long grain rice 2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. prepared taco sauce 1 tbsp. prepared salsa 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pound sirloin steak 15 ounce can diced tomatoes 4 ounce can diced green chiles 4 taco shells 4 lime wedges sour cream
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Reserve. Combine cumin, garlic powder, taco sauce, salsa and salt in a small bowl. Rub mixture over both sides of steak. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. Cut into thin slices. Combine rice, tomatoes and chiles. Divide mixture among taco shells. Top with beef slices. Squeeze lime wedges over beef. Garnish with sour cream.
Makes 4 tacos.
