Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/2 cup fresh brewed coffee 16 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract vanilla ice cream toasted pine nuts
Directions
Combine cream and coffee in medium saucepan and heat to a boil. Add chocolate and cinnamon. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Scoop ice cream into bowls and spoon warm sauce over. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
Makes enough sauce for about 8 sundaes.
