Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup chicken broth 1 can Mexican-style tomatoes, drained and chopped 3 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed 4 ounces grated Cheddar cheese 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a large casserole dish. Stir together chicken and mushroom soups with tomatoes in a large saucepan. Heat to just a simmer. Sprinkle 1/4 of the chips over the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with 1/4 of chicken, 1/4 of the onion and 1 ounce each of the Velveeta and Cheddar cheeses. Spoon 1/4 of soup mixture over. Repeat layering several times with remaining ingredients, ending with chips and cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until casserole is heated through. Let casserole stand 15 minutes before serving to allow sauce to thicken.
