Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed 1 cup half and half 1/2 cup fine chopped green onion 1/4 cup butter, room temperature 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Dice potatoes into 1 1/2 inch squares. Steam potatoes until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Add half and half, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Mash until almost smooth.
Makes approximately 6 portions.
