Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/4 cup milk 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1/4. tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes in water to cover, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly coat an 8x12 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley and garlic powder in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon into prepared dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
