Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 T. flour 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 t. vanilla 2 c. cut rhubarb
Directions
Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Add sugar, flour, egg. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35-40 minutes.
You can also use this filling to make a crisp.
