Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 3/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 3 tbsp. tequila 4 tsp. fresh lime juice 1 tbsp. triple sec 2 tsp. grated lime peel 3 drops food coloring 5 cups vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together crumbs and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 12 minutes. Cool completely. Stir together lemonade concentrate, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, lime peel and coloring. Add ice cream and quickly mix well-don\'t let ice cream melt. Spoon into pie crust. Cover and freeze overnight. Serve frozen with whipped cream.
Makes 1 pie.
