Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup peeled, chopped mango 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 cups cold water 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Directions
Combine mango, sugar, water and yogurt in a blender. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Makes about 3 cups.
