Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/4 cups uncooked small pasta shells or macaroni 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. diced, oil-packed, sun-dried tomato halves 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until just done. Drain off all but 3 tbsp. cooking water. Stir in the dry milk until smooth. Stir in cheeses and butter until melted. Add sun-dried tomatoes, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir mixture until creamy and well combined.
Serves 2.
