Low Fat Chinese Pasta and Chicken Salad Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
7 tbsp. chicken broth
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup seeded, julienned red bell pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger
5 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
8 ounces spaghettini

Directions
Add chicken and broth to a skillet until firm to the touch, about 3 minutes. REserve chicken and strain broth. Toss together chicken, onion, bell pepper and garlic together in a bowl. Whisk together ginger, soy sauce, oil, pepper flakes and strained broth. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain and add to chicken mixture. Pour ginger mixture over and toss well. Serve warm.
