Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. cajun spices 1 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper 12 ounces large shrimp, shelled and deveined, tails left intact 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, cajun spice, garlic and lemon pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Drain shrimp. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until just done, about 1 minute per side. Remove pan from heat and add chives, salt and pepper. Toss well and serve.
Serves 3 to 4.
