Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
three, 14 to 16 ounce cans stewed tomatoes three, 15 ounce cans butter beans, drained two, 15 ounce cans Great Northern beans, drained 10 ounce package frozen lima beans 1 large onion, peeled and chopped 1 large green bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced 1/2 cup ketchup 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 pounds cooked kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the inside of a large baking dish with cooking spray. Stir together tomatoes with juices, butter beans, Great Northern beans, lima beans, onion, bell pepper, ketchup and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in sausage, salt and pepper. Transfer casserole mixture to the prepared dish. Cover casserole and bake about 35 minutes until vegetables are tender. Uncover and bake an additional 45 minutes until casserole is thickened. Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
