Scoop out small rounds of the ice cream with a melon baller. Place the ice cream balls on the chilled sheet pan. Insert a toothpick into each ball. Freeze ice cream 1 to 2 hours until firm. Pour the magic shell topping into a medium bowl. Place the chopped nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed Ore's or your other favorite toppings into separate bowls. To Serve: Dip the ice cream balls in the magic shell topping. Wait about 10 seconds until the chocolate starts to set then roll in your favorite topping. Serves 8 to 12.
