Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
18 frozen Tater Tots two 14 ounce cans chicken broth two 12 ounce cans evaporated milk 2 cups cooked, cubed am 1 3/4 cups instant mashed potato flakes 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper sliced green onions
Directions
Preheat oven and bake Tater Tots according to package directions. Meanwhile, Stir together broth and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce eat to low and stir in ham, potato flakes, corn, onion powder and pepper. Simmer about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until creamy and slightly thickened. Divide the chowder between bowls. Garnish each bowl with 3 Tater Tots and green onions. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
