Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 frozen fish sticks, about .75 ounces each 2 tsp. taco seasoning 8 taco shells 2 cups shredded lettuce 1 cup prepared guacamole 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 cup sliced green onions 4 tsp. lime juice 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
Directions
Place fish sticks on a baking pan. Sprinkle the fish sticks with taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Layer 1/4 cup lettuce, 2 tbsp. guacamole, 2 tbsp. tomato and 2 fish sticks in each taco shell. Top each taco with 1 tbsp. cilantro, 1/2 tbsp. green onions and 2 tbsp. taco cheese blend. Serve tacos immediately.
Makes 8 tacos.
