Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 large eggs, beaten to blend 1 cup dark corn syrup pinch salt 1/3 cup sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. melted butter 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2/3 cup pecan halves one 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together eggs, corn syrup, salt, sugar, lemon juice, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in pecan halves and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until filling is set and crust is browned.
Serves 10 to 12.
