Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
20 chicken wings 2 large eggs 2/3 cup milk 1 bottle KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce 1/4 cup honey 2 cups all purpose flour vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse wings and remove tips. Cut each wing in half. Whisk together eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Stir together honey and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add wings and shake to coat. Dip floured chicken in egg mixture to coat, shaking off excess. Return chicken to flour bag and toss to coat well. Dip wings in barbecue sauce mixture to coat. Place wings on a greased sheet pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until wings are well glazed. Serve immediately.
Makes 20 wings.
