Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. honey 1 large clove garlic, peeled and mashed 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. lime juice 1 large, canned jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pound boneless pork tenderloin
Directions
Whisk together Dijon, honey, garlic, salt, lime juice, jalapeno and pepper in a shallow casserole dish. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning pork occasionally.
Prepare grill. Remove pork from the marinade and transfer to an oiled grill rack. Grill pork about 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Transfer pork to a cutting board. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serves 2 to 3.
