Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
4 pounds pork spareriibs
1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's wiskey

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Place ribs in shallow roasting pan. Rub spice mixture over top of ribs. Roast until ribs are very tender, about 2 hours, 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine sauce and wiskey, brush over ribs during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
