Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound lean ground beef 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 tsp. crumbled dried basil 1/2 tsp. crumbled dried oregano 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 15 ounce can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 4 split and toasted hamburger buns
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, breaking up clumps. Drain fat from pan. Add flour, basil, oregano and garlic powder to skillet and stir well. Stir in tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese and simmer mixture 2 minutes. Spoon sloppy joe mixture over hamburger buns and serve.
Makes 4 sloppy joes.
