Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
4 center cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork to skillet and cook about 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Transfer chops to a plate and tent with foil. Add chopped onion and fennel seeds to skillet. Cook about 5 minutes until onion is softened, stirring occasionally. Add paprika and cook, stirring, 15 seconds. Add wine, broth and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil sauce about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Divide chops between plates, spoon sauce over and serve.

Serves 4.
